psx cms is a SCMS system based on the psx framework. The focus of psx cms is the extensive plugin system. While developing we had speed, security, accessibility and flexibility in mind. With psx cms you create (X)HTML strict valid websites. The back-end is based on ExtJs and of course it is opensource and licensed under the GPLv3.
With psx cms you can manage the content (created by the users or yourself) of a website. psx cms is not a cms that claims to be useable without any programming skills. To have fun should have a general understanding about the internet.
As the slogan of psx cms says "because the content matters" the quality of a website depends on the quality of the content. With psx cms you can make your content available for everyone. psx cms uses strict valid (X)HTML to present your content and uses RSS feeds to spread it. You can also make CRUD operations via the internal API. The API uses OAuth for authorization.
In psx cms every "page" is handled separately that means you can set individuell rights, templates and caching options. In addition you can add to every "page" gadgets wich are displayed in a sidebar. A gadget can display the latest news or any other kind of information. We are making psx cms as an OpenSocial container so you can use dozens off already created gadgets in your website.
